Here are the rules: I tell either six truths and one lie or six lies and one truth about myself, and you get to figure out which and leave a comment with your guesses about what is true or false.
The prize...a $10 gift certificate to your choice of ARe, Fictionwise, Amazon, or one of my publishers to one commenter....and a second one for the first person to get all the answers correct! I'll draw the winners on May 29th, 2010.
While I ponder what my seven will be, I will nominate seven other writers for this award! I'm choosing authors I think will have just too much fun with this game.

1. I once incited a mutiny...by accident.
2. One of my younger sisters has the same name I do.
3. I once played piano for a group that included one of my brothers on drum and one of my sisters on guitar.
4. I have removed my bra in a crowd and thrown it to a group of strange men.
5. I once broke into a library to return a book by the due date.
6. I caused a group manhunt for me that nearly ended up with the police being called in...while playing a game of tag.
7. I once told the police that my dog called them.

I am going to say all are false except for the tag.
Actually, no... I didn't mean my last name. Since I'm now married, none of them share a last name with me. When we were young...two of them shared a last name with me (one brother and one sister), but I meant one of my younger sisters has the same first name I do. Grinning.

Definitely all but one is true - they all sound like they could be lol - I'll say No. 3 is a lie.
I'm going to go with #3 is the lie, too. (notice how we all think most of them are true? LOL!)

LOL! While I was prepping these up, my husband learned one about me that he didn't know...actually more than one.
One bit of truth that didn't make it onto the list? I once appeared on Mr. Rogers Neighborhood. Ah, the fun of growing up in Pittsburgh!

Oh, Man! I loved watching Mr. Roger's Neighborhood when I was a kid. My parents tell me I used to answer his questions and chat with him...awesome!

LOL! No. I followed the rules for this to the letter. You are either looking at 6 truths and 1 lie or 6 lies and 1 truth. On the 29th, I will post the full discourse of what is true and what is false...and what happened to land me where I was, somewhere along the line.

I would say the second one is wrong
I say it is 6 truths and 1 lie. I think the lie is No.2. Siblings may have the same middle name but no parent would deliberately name the children the same first name unless you are George Foreman and name all your children George regardless of sex.
Great idea for a contest. I'm going to guess they are all true except for telling the police your dog called them. That one sounds corny, something Brenna is definitely not.
