NEW review and TOP PICK

Just got the news that RITES OF MATING is a Night Owl Top Pick. The reviewer, Kyraninse, gave RITES 4.5 hearts and commented...

"I'll be waiting with baited breath for the next installments in this series. Even without all the answers, this book pulled me in."

She did have a few concerns. For instance, I'll be the first to admit that this book centers more on the interpersonal relationships and less on the laws of the land and political structures.

She also felt that Cored was a loose end. In some manner, she's right. I ended on something of a cliffhanger with Cored, because he starts off the next long book, MATCHMAKER'S MISERY. In the meantime, readers can have a blast with IN HER LADYSHIP'S SERVICE.

The same reviewer had the following to say about FATES MAGIC: "As usual, Brenna Lyons weaves an entrancing tale with an interesting premises. The spin on the Juliet and Romeo story was a beguiling one and Onread and Kieran sympathetic characters. I will still be keeping an eye out for Brenna Lyons, as she is one of my favorite authors."

Kyraninse, if you're reading this...YES, there is another story coming in the Fates War. Chaos hasn't had her say yet. Hold on. We're not done with this situation.
